Prevention

Due to the nature of their occurrence ankle injuries are, unfortunately unforseeable. There are however several factors to consider that can lower your risk of sustaining a sprain.

Follow these simple steps and be safer:

  2. A quick check of the terrain will help you avoid dangers like potholes.

As soon as I began using the shoulder product much of the swelling and pain went away. I was impressed because I'm a cynical health practitioner. But it does make total sense to move blood flow to tissue that needs to be repaired. There's really no other way -- except for surgery. And I'm trying to avoid that.
