| Dear MendMeShop, Hi, I'am a dance choreographer and school social worker. I developed scar tissue from an old fall years ago. This caused pressure to a nerve on top of my left foot causing severe pain every time I walked and swelling in my left knee from inflammation which caused my knee to be stiff everytime I walked.
