Sore Back![]() A sore back can be the result of many causes: failed back surgery, scar tissue, mowing the grass, playing tennis, and others. Muscle strain of the erector spinae, which provides support for the spine, is the most common cause of a sore back. Any sudden stress such as a sports injury, an awkward fall, using the back muscles improperly to lift a heavy object, or overworking a poorly conditioned muscle can result in a sore back. Exercising and strengthening the supporting muscles of the back and abdomen are the best defenses against a sore back. Weak or debilitated muscles contribute to the potential of having a sore back from performing menial tasks. A few minutes a day will make a difference in the response of the back muscles to stressors. Keep in mind, however, that it may take weeks just to get the pain of a sore back under control. ![]() It is often necessary for persistent sore back pain to be treated by a physical therapist. Physical therapy may be passive, including heat packs, ice, and ultrasound therapy. Passive physical therapy is generally the method used to get the pain under control and enhance the healing process. Once the pain is controlled, active physical therapy teaches patients which exercises are most effective in stabilizing the spine and preventing future episodes of sore back. Even though a sore back can be debilitating for many people, this condition usually responds quickly to treatment. Browse AidMyBack.com for ways that can soothe and help heal sore back muscles through increased blood flow. Including the use of our personal therapeutic ultrasound device used in conjunction with our all-natural specially formulated ultrasound gel, the soundwave technology of our ultrasound device has been recognized as cutting-edge treatment for those suffering with sore backs. BFST™ - Using Your Body's Natural Healing System![]() Your body can heal itself! In fact, your body starts healing itself the moment you are injured and it's the blood in your body that makes it all happen. Your blood is the transport mechanism for everything that is good inside you. It carries oxygen, nutrients, water and antibodies. Proper blood flow is essential to healing. Unfortunately, when you injure your body you stop moving and the swelling sets in. That means your vital blood flow can be reduced to a trickle! If you want to heal quickly, you need to keep your blood moving and that's where Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy™, or BFST™, comes in. Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy™ promotes the flow of blood through the injured area without the need to exercise your already damaged tissue. You can really feel it work. Within moments of applying an Inferno Wrap™ you can feel the healing sensation and the increase in blood flow. During a treatment, and for quite some time after you finish, your injured area will experience increased blood flow even though your body is at rest. It's a soothing sensation and extremely effective. With BFST™ your injury is constantly being fed with healing, nutritious, oxygen and energy filled blood. This is exactly what your body needs to heal. How An Inferno Wrap™ Works
Inferno Wraps™ have been specifically designed for the treatment of deep, soft tissue injury. Inferno Wraps contain a patented Energy Web™ which is flexible and shaped to conform to your body. This Energy Web™ emits a uniform wave of perfectly safe electro-magnetic energy over its entire surface. This energy travels deep inside your body and stimulates the blood flow needed to heal your injury. Our Cold Compression Wraps are recommended by countless medical professionals. That's why we sell them, because they are the best. We have noticed over time that our customers are so fond of our cold wraps that they are frequently coming back and ordering a second one. The wraps are becoming very popular with baseball and soccer trainers, and the wraps can be conveniently stored in a cooler for quick application on the field when needed. ![]() Ultrasound therapy is also a helpful tool for pain prevention of back problems, and having a portable ultrasound device at home can be a powerful and convenient treatment tool. If you have symptoms or are recovering from a back related injury, using ultrasound on a regular basis before your activity or throughout the day will help relax your muscles, tendons and tissues, diminish pain and inflammation, soften scar tissue and contribute greatly to the healing of your injury. If you suffer from mild inflammation or pain after certain activities or movements use ultrasound therapy when you complete the activity and then rest and elevate your area of injury. Limit the application of ultrasound to a couple of treatments per day (the manual will recommend treatment frequency depending upon the injury). In between ultrasound treatments, maximize your pain relief and injury recovery by using an Inferno™ Personal Therapy System. Proven Performance, Proven Relief - only found at MendMeShop.com. | Dear MendMeShop, I have suffered from chronic foot ailments for several years and have been treated in the past for a bone spur on my left foot. Recently I started experiencing similar pain in my right foot and was diagnosed with a bone spur on my right foot. The successful treatment for my left foot consisted of ultrasound, heat treatment, and cold packs, along with orthotics. I already have the orthotics, and while researching the internet I discovered that Mendmeshop.com offered the answer to my problem with their products. I have been following the treatment regimen suggested by your staff and have to this point realized a definite improvement and am looking forward to continued healing and relief. Thanks again for your prompt service. Rating: Andy Decker ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||||
