I hit my leg on a coffee table back in December. Having been in discomforting pain, I went to my doctor and we found out I had torn cartilage in the knee area. Medications only provide temporary relief

Since whiplash usually only causes damage to the soft tissues in the neck, most treatments are centered on reducing the inflammation and supporting the neck muscles during the healing process. Headaches resulting from whiplash are usually treated by efforts to reduce the swelling in the neck using ice packs and other conservative measures (traction, exercises, pain-relieving medications).

Initially, ice is applied about every two hours for up to 20 minutes for the first day. Gel packs are a better option than frozen peas if possible, as they mold to your neck/back and are reusable. I am writing to let you know of how excited I am to have learned, used and benefited from your ultrasound treatment. Months back, my husband bought me a car with a manual transmission.
