| Dear MendMeShop, I had wrist tendonitis for almost two years. I had what doctors call a trigger finger which is what happens when you move your thumb and it gets stuck in a position and doesn’t return until you push it back down. It was really painful. During the two year period, I went to the doctor three times to get treatments. The first time I got a cortisone shot that healed me for 4 months tops and I got the trigger finger again.
