Dear MendMeShop,

I have to admit, I fully expected to be returning my order. (inferno wrap, freezie wrap) I told my wife "this is a lot of money and if doesn't work I'm sending it back", "I've got 60 days". Well after about 9 days of (2) treatments per day my severe case of Lateral Epicondylitis (tennis elbow) is almost pain free. I tried wearing the over the counter tendon support brace with absolutely no results. My elbow pain was so bad I couldn't sleep at night and just knew I was going to have to see a doctor. Then I found your website. I was very impressed with the quality of your wraps, very thick and made form high quality materials. I guess the old adage "you get what you pay for" speaks volumes here. I'm completely sold on your products and won't be returning anything!!! Thank you for helping heal my tennis elbow and I've already told many of my friends about your web site. 100% satisfied Cameron Caldwell from Meriden, KS.

Heal Your Knee: Combine ColdCure Technology® and BFST®!

Knee injuries are very common injuries and can persist for years unless treatment is properly addressed. Anyone who has had one will tell you that they are incredibly painful and very hard to heal.

The knee joint is made up of many ligaments and tendons that support your weight and the wide range of movements you perform everyday. Injury to any one of these supports can result in a long period of treatment and rehab.

Heal your knee injury.

The meniscus provides even weight distribution across the knee joint effectively protecting your bones from excessive force and severe arthritis. The meniscus is a tough cartilage that rests in between the thigh bone and shin bone on either side of the knee. In younger people a meniscus tear most commonly occurs when under weight the knee is twisted forcefully. In adults a meniscus injury is more of a degenerative process; as the cartilage becomes brittle even a minor injury could tear the cartilage.

Ligament tears are also very common knee injuries; the knee joint includes support from three main ligaments: the ACL, LCL and MCL. The Anterior Cruciate ligament, supporting rotational and forward movements, is reportedly the most commonly injured ligament in sport. The Lateral Collateral Ligament stabilizes the outside of the knee, while the Medial Collateral Ligament stabilizes the inside of the knee.

Subject: thank you

I had been suffering for months with debilitating pain in my knee that was a result of a meniscus injury that just wouldn't heal. The advice I received was to ice it, try to stay off it, and take something for the pain. Hopefully in a few weeks or months it should have hopefully healed and surgery could be avoided. Well, it wasn't healing, it was getting worse.

Desparate to escape surgery, I bought your ultimate knee kit. Two weeks later most of my pain is gone. I have little doubt that I'm now on the road to a full recovery

I just wish someone had recommended products like these to save me months of suffering.

Thank you again!

Once you have a meniscus or ligament tear, you have an increased risk of developing knee arthritis, because these supports are weakened. Especially in the case of meniscus tears; they slowly wear away with knee movements and are unable to protect your articular cartilage on the surface of the knee joint as much as before.

In the injuries initial stages it is important to reduce the swelling in the area and to control the pain as much as you can. The RCCE (Rest Cold Compression Elevation) method has long been a tried and true treatment for soft tissue injuries. The best way to heal is to reduce swelling; the RCCE method facilitates this as well as a quicker healing time.

During your recovery, you will probably have to modify and/or eliminate any activities that cause pain or discomfort in your knee area until your pain and inflammation settle

Small tears in the meniscus or ligament stretches may go completely unnoticed and will most likely heal themselves. The meniscus and ligaments do not have a lot of access to blood supply and so more serious treatments will need to be considered.

Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy increases blood flow eliminating cell waste and supplying the injury with the nutrients it might otherwise not receive enough of.

The MendMeShop® premium quality Freezie Wraps® provide you with the tools necessary to relieve the pain caused by your injured knee and dramatically speed the healing of any tissue inflammation. When using Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy (BFST®), the energy waves stimulate blood flow which speeds up healing. Beginning with your very first treatment you will feel the relief - the power - of BFST®. The energy waves travel deep into your body delivering therapeutic benefits to the source of the pain.

Our cold compression wraps are made of the highest quality materials available. They fit perfectly, stay in place, are extremely durable, and use a ColdCure Technology® for safer, deep cooling. Cold compression wraps work because they interrupt and slow nerve and cell function in the damaged area. Once blood vessels are damaged they can no longer carry oxygenated blood to the damaged tissue and therefore cells begin to break-down. The deep cold provided by cold compression wraps slow cell function thereby reducing cellular break-down. Furthermore, because the cold wraps serve to numb the nerves the wraps also reduce pain!

Dear MendMeShop,

We are very pleased with the results we have both achieved with the Inferno back wrap and Inferno shoulder wrap. Great products.
