Dear MendMeShop, I simply cannot believe what a miracle this has done for me helping relieve severe back pain due to a bad fall . I could not get relief and tried so many things including never ending doctors visits that said nothing more could be done at the time except rest and pain pills. I needed to work and to keep on my feet not going to bed to rest or take pills that totally disrupted my thinking.
When I happened to find this ad quite by coinsidence I figured I might as well try it as the doctors visits were getting so expensive and I was getting no relief.
The first little while seemed like not much was happening except that I was getting a bit of relief. Then I started using the theraphy system 3 times a day as was recommended. I could not believe that within a month or so I was relieved of the severe pain I had in my back and shoulders. Not only did I get pain relief but the muscle mobility started to come back like never before.

To reduce the risk of injury, burns, electrical shock, and/or fire, this product must be used in accordance with the following instructions:
- Keep out of reach of children and do not use on anyone under the age of 16 without express approval from a physician.
- Never use without ultrasound conductive gel.
- Never leave unit plugged in while not in use, or unattended while in operation.
- Keep unit clean to prevent cross-infection.
- Do not use in combination with other electronic equipment.
- Do not use when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or mind altering medication or when suffering from extreme fatigue.
- Do not submerge the unit in water or other liquid. If unit gets wet, place it in a dry area to dry out for at least 24 hours before attempting to use again.
- Consult your doctor or therapist before using this ultrasound device.
Contraindications
MendMeShop highly recommends that you consult a physician before using this ultrasound device. Use of this device is not recommended:
- on patients with hemophilia, abnormal blood pressure, spina bifida, surgical laminectomies of the spine, malignancies, or infectious diseases
- over infected tissue or bone
- on areas that are not within a normal body temperature range (i.e. recently iced or heated areas)
- over open sores, lesions, or sunburned skin
- over implants of any sort including plastic, silicon, cement or metal (including metal mesh)
- over the skull area or face
- over areas suspected to be cancerous or pre-cancerous
- over mucous membranes (mouth, nose, rectum, anus, vagina)
- over numb areas of the skin
- on patients with electronic implants such as pacemakers
- over the midsection area of pregnant females (including lower back, abdomen, groin and lumbar area) or females suspected of being pregnant
- directly over organs including sex organs, thyroid (upper front of neck), liver, stomach, lungs, spleen, bowels, kidneys, heart
- for use anywhere above the neck (this includes over areas such as the eyes, ears and temple)
- over areas injected with medication or a steroid (i.e. cortisone) within the last 30 days
If you are unable to use ultrasound due to any of the contraindications listed above, using an Inferno Wrap™ for Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy™ can achieve similar treatment results.

Inferno Wrap™ Safety Information

- Take care to avoid dehydration from overuse when using your Inferno Wrap.
- Do not plug device in and leave unattended.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use the while sleeping or unconscious.
- Do not use on a child or infant.
- This wrap is not to be used on or by any invalid or a person with poor blood circulation unless carefully attended.
- Regularly check your skin under the wrap for redness or reaction.
- Do not immerse your Inferno Wrap™ in water or any other liquid when plugged in.

- Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place.
- Never pull your wrap by the power cord.

| Dear MendMeShop, I had wrist tendonitis for almost two years. I had what doctors call a trigger finger which is what happens when you move your thumb and it gets stuck in a position and doesn’t return until you push it back down. It was really painful.
During the two year period, I went to the doctor three times to get treatments. The first time I got a cortisone shot that healed me for 4 months tops and I got the trigger finger again. The second and third time I got prescribed the Non Steroidal anti-inflammatory pills similar to Ibuprofen 800mg that I took for a month or so until I read about possible side effects (internal bleeding etc…).
I then started going to a therapist to get the ultrasound treatment that cost me $35/ session but noticed that my wrist was feeling much better.
Anyway to make a long story short I read about your product online and since I had nothing to lose, I bought it and used it for 2 months straight 3 times a day.
My “Chronic” tendonitis is gone now, almost completely. Once in a while I feel a little discomfort and I do one 5 minute treatment once a week and back to normal.
