Dear MendMeShop,

I have been using the Leg/Arm Inferno Wrap for almost a week now and cannot believe how much the tendonitis in my arm has improved. It's a great product.

Dear MendMeShop,

As soon as I began using the shoulder product much of the swelling and pain went away. I was impressed because I'm a cynical health practitioner. But it does make total sense to move blood flow to tissue that needs to be repaired. There's really no other way -- except for surgery. And I'm trying to avoid that. I'd say I have another 30-40% of arm use back. Thank you MendMeShop for creating such a simple and effective product.

Dr. Judith Valentine

Dear MendMeShop,

Things are going well with my healing sessions. I had it three times daily with each session lasting 20 minutes maximum for two weeks. I noticed reduction of pain in my third day using the Inferno Wrap. In my Second week I reduced the sessions to just one (20 Minute) per day. The pain is almost gone except when I make a wrong and abrupt move on or of my right (problematic) shoulder. Hopefully, I do not have to use the Freeze Wrap this summer when I do most of my heavy yard work, but I am assured that there is this cold treatment if in case I hurt my shoulder again. I now have decided not to have an MRI on my shoulder and undergo more expensive treatments or therapy from my specialist ortho doctor . I think his diagnosis of "Frozen shoulder" or possible rotator cup tear are correct. I will be watching my progress and if condition gets worse, I will call him again for appointment. But for the mean time, I am satisfied with my Inferno Wrap treatment on myself. I am glad to have save time and money at least for now. Thanks again for your wonderful products and support. Warm Regards to your Team. P.S. In a follow up email Jesse sent us later in the year, Jesse indicated the Inferno wrap did wonders... it's been almost nine months ago since I purchased your products. I am happy to let you know as today that my frozen shoulder is no longer an issue. I believed in less than a month of continuous therapy sessions per your instructions on the product my pain is gone.

Sciatica Treatments

Pinching of a sciatic nerve can be caused by disc herniation and piriformis syndrome.

Although sciatica can often get better without any treatment, the healing process can be enhanced by following a few simple guidelines. Most episodes of sciatica are once-in-a-lifetime; however, some people have a tendency to have a flare-up occasionally. It may be necessary to adopt a lifestyle of preventive measures if you're prone to sciatica.

A cold compression wrap should be kept on hand for acute sciatica as the initial treatment. The general rule for use is 20 minutes every two hours until the pain begins to subside. Cold therapy is effective in reducing the swelling around the nerve endings, and this often reduces the level of pain. Once the pain begins to subside, typically within a day or so, alternating cold compression and Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy can bring additional relief.

Pinching of a sciatic nerve can be caused by disc herniation and piriformis syndrome.

Many patients find great relief from visiting an osteopathic physician, physical therapist, or chiropractor. These professionals are specifically trained in the management of sciatica and conditions of the lower back. In addition to guiding you through proper exercise techniques to help prevent future sciatica flare-ups, they may also use Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy to achieve a reduction in swelling, inflammation, and pain.

There are surgical sciatica treatments available for extreme cases of unresolved sciatica, however, most episodes can be resolved with the use of conservative measures and anti-inflammatory medications.

Sciatica Home Treatments

Compression of the sciatic nerve can occur in various locations and the exact cause and location is not always known. Treating the symptoms can be helpful to manage the pain but treating the source of the compression will result in faster sciatica relief. We recommend that you see your doctor for a proper diagnosis and to determine the cause of the compression on the sciatic nerve.

MendMeShop Success Stories

If the compression is caused by swelling, you can reduce your pain by applying a Freezie Wrap® when the pain first occurs, to alleviate the swelling that is causing the compression on the nerve. Once the initial pain is reduced, treat the soft tissue inflammation with therapeutic Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy for lasting relief of sciatica pain.

Freezie Wrap® Cold Therapy

If you are experiencing referred pain above the knee or in your lower leg caused by the compression of your sciatic nerve, cold compression therapy can provide some relief. The cooling sensation along with the compression can help to numb the nerves to help alleviate the pain. However, treatment of the location of the compression is most important to treat the source of this referred pain.

The Back/Hip Freezie Wrap treats pain, swelling and inflammation while reducing tissue damage.

Applying cold compression wherever you are experiencing pain will help. The Back/Hip Freezie Wrap® is versatile and can be used to treat your lower back, hip or leg. It's unique supercharged cooling gel pack, chills in the fridge, not in the freezer like ice or other freezer packs, giving you deep cold therapy without the risk of 'cold burns' or cryoburn.

Treat your sciatica pain with cold compression therapy as needed throughout the day. The Back/Hip Freezie Wrap® can be used to apply cold in a safe, convenient and effective way - and the gel pack is reusable.

Inferno Wrap® Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy

Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy, or BFST®, should be used over your lumbar region and lower back to improve blood flow and nourish soft tissue. Your body needs a fresh supply of blood to improve the health of your tissue and treat the muscle strain or irritation to relieve the compression of your sciatic nerve.

The Back/Hip Inferno Wrap keeps your muscle tissue as healthy as possible, reducing the chance of sciatica pain returning.

Unfortunately, when you are suffering from sciatica it can be painful to even walk or lift your leg. When you limit movement in your hip the blood flow is reduced, starving your tissue of the necessary oxygen and nutrients.

The trick is to find a way to increase blood flow without causing pain and/or further inflaming the muscle or discs. This is where blood flow stimulation therapy, or BFST®, becomes a powerful tool.

BFST® compliments your body's natural healing process By promoting blood flow while you give your sciatic nerve the rest it needs.

The Back/Hip Inferno Wrap® uses a patented process to generate the same energy that is part of the sun's spectrum of light, the same energy that is necessary to all living things for optimum health. The energy emitted from the Energy Web® stimulates blood flow to your lower back and hip, more than your body would ever be able to generate on it's own, giving your body the boost it needs to keep your spine and lower back muscles as healthy as possible and reduce the risk of irritation, inflammation and herniation. The soothing energy reaches deep into your body to whisk away the toxins and dead cells, and rejuvenate your muscle tissues for improved elasticity.

With these easy-to-use, pain-free, home therapies from MendMeShop®, pain is significantly reduced, tissue heals faster, and there's an incredible improvement in the range of motion of your hip. The more diligent you are with your treatment and rehabilitation, the faster you will see successful results!

Dear MendMeShop,

Two years ago, after returning to the gym for the first time in over a decade, I developed intense lower back pain which radiated into my left hip and leg. I also developed snapping hip syndrome. After many expensive visits to a chiropractor and physical therapist, I gained some relief, but still experienced constant low level pain in the injured areas with episodes of intense debilitating pain which interfered with my sleep and work. After searching online for alternative and cost effective self treatment methods, I discovered your website and purchased your Back/Hip Inferno Wrap and Back/Hip Freezie Wrap. Within a short period of time of using these products, I noticed a huge reduction in pain. Two months later, the pain is barely noticeable, the snapping hip syndrome is an unpleasant memory and I feel that significant long term healing of chronic injuries is taking place. I absolutely LOVE your products, and enthusiastically recommend them to everyone I meet who is experiencing similar pain issues. Kudos to Paul and everyone in your customer service department which is beyond compare in terms of knowledge, promptness and genuine concern for your customers!
