Dear MendMeShop, WOW! I'm certain that I'm going to be "hard pressed" to fully explain just how "GREAT" my personal experience has been with MendMeShop. I'm in my mid 50's......(really?....it ain't ALL that old!)........and have had many injuries in my past. The "main" injury, that caused me to seek out the information that resulted in my finding these great folks, is my right knee. I tore the meniscus, way back "yonder" in 1973. Over the years I have managed to do MORE and more damage to BOTH of my knees. WHY? Well it's because I used to "Steer Wrestle" (bulldogging). I'm here, now, to tell you that when you jump off of a running horse.....onto a running 500 pound steer.....STOP this steer, and "throw" him to the ground, well.......it's HARD on the knees!
I've had four surgeries on my right knee, and two on the left, to repair torn meniscus, ACL, and other conditions. I shattered my right ankle, in a truck/wild hog accident, in 1975, and have several screws in that one. In 1978, I shattered my right wrist....and have 3 screws in it! Over the years, I've managed to break (according to my Doc.) about 70% of the bones in this tired old body! I've been treated with "ultrasound therapy" for several of those "mishaps"! Now, I already know that ultrasound is a viable option for the treatment of many conditions. I also know that MY experience with Ultrasound has been positive.......somewhat! I say "somewhat" because every time I was treated, meant I would have to drive to the Doc's office, wait for someone to get to me, then get the treatment, and finally, drive home. That's about a 5 hour deal for me. It is a twenty-two mile drive each way, from the ranch. The treatments worked, but the time involved caused me to not follow through on ALL of the prescribed treatments. It's easy to "NOT" follow through on a treatment plan when there's that much driving, and time, involved. With the MendMeShop System, there's no excuse to not get completely healed.

That happened on the second day, in the evening! After another week and a half, I had almost ZERO pain, and NO limp! Amazed? It's like a miracle happened!
I will go so far as to say this, "If the folks at MendMeShop would allow me to buy into their business.....I WOULD!" I believe in this company with every fibre of my being. I can NOT say enough positive "stuff" about this Company and the people that operate it! They are as friendly as Texans, (that's saying something, right there folks!) and their products perform like they say! The equipment is very well built.....their guarantee is exceptional......and the price is extremely reasonable! BUT! Above all, IT WORKS! It's been about six weeks and no pain! I've used it on my shoulder problem, also, and that pain has completely subsided. Now, I'm not looking forward to another injury, although I know that will happen, but now..... I'm prepared! Bring it on!

It is important to treat tendon injuries as soon as possible, as any activity or strain you put on your tendon can re-injure it further.
The trick with any tendon injury is getting it to heal with minimal scar tissue formation and with as much realignment of the tendon fibres as possible - something ultrasound therapy is great at! Even with optimum healing, there is always less elasticity in a previously injured tendon. This will cause the tendon to hurt, during exercise and everyday activities. However, if you heal your injury efficiently and quickly, your chance of re-injury later on is much lower than average.
